  AVOID at all costs!! The women in the reception is awful, hateful and rude in general. She Dont know How to talk to people. I would not send My worst enemy here! Never experienced this Before.

  Our car was overheated and we managed to crawl to Apollo Bay auto care. Rang and spoke to a lady there while on our way and she said we would have to wait an hour because the mechanics were going on morning tea. We parked our car there and the main mechanic acknowledged me and repeated to return at 11. I had to take the pram out the boot and move my 7 week old baby down the road to a warm cafe, at which point the lady came out shaking her head saying we can't leave our car there. I was shocked and asked her what I was supposed to do as the car was overheated and the mechanics were sitting there drinking their coffee. She then said she'd prefer not to deal with us, so now I'm stuck out on the street with a crying baby and the only mechanic in town. 1 star is a complete overstatement. By the way, the 50$ inspection only fee is taking people for a ride. Great stuff guys.

  I had a stone stuck in my wheel, which was making the most horrendous squealing noise when driving. Was reluctant to go to a mechanic in case they tried to convince me it was something more expensive to fix, but was worried the drive back to Melbourne on Friday would do permanent damage. Pulled in here, they agreed straight away it was a stone, jacked it up, found the culprit & had me back on my merry way in under half an hour. Could not be happier with their service.

  We broke down on the great ocean road and got towed here to get our van fixed. A lovely couple have just taken over this business which we were happy to discover after reading old reviews. They were very accomodating and did their best to get us back on the road asap. We were given honest advice, they kept us updated on the order for parts and we trusted their mechanics to do a good job. The area is quite isolated so had to wait a few days for parts to come but was a nice place to be stuck!
