  It is clear this place is run by crazy, unstable people. Their own properties have electrical issues and they expect the guest to just suck it up. We were a family of 7 with a 1 year old, 7 year old and 12 year old.

  Beautiful apartment with lots of space. However some amenities were not provided e.g. sponge, tea towels, forks

  Their units have electrical faults and the power went off. 2 hours later after sitting in complete blackout and freezing cold it was fixed only to go off again after 10 minutes. When I went to confront the managers about this issue their suggestion was "don't turn on too many lights as the power will go off again and you will have to spend the rest of the night without power". I told them that wasn't good enough and we wanted a replacement or refund they became aggressive. One of the managers threatened to turn off our power himself then walked straight to the switchboard and turned it off. Then the other manager started yelling you have 30 minutes to get out. Then a few more 'get out's.

  Not paying $400/night for luxury accommodation where my 1 year old daughter has to sleep in the freezing cold. AVOID!

  we booked the place and were quoted $355 per night for 7 adults as according to them there were 7 places for sleep. We were not sure it there would be 7 or 8 people and were told if there is going to be eighth person they will charge us $40 extra. We were ok with that . Finally when we went to stay we were only 7 people not 8 so we wanted to pay $355 as per the quote but the owner simply did not want to charge quoted quoted price of $355 but still charged us $395 saying we were getting good price and all other sorts o arguments to support their stand. This was our third trip to the same place but they simply disappointed us this time. We were quite surprised with their unfair attitude and charges and won't go back again.
