  The view from the upper floors was amazing. We spent a lovely evening after dinner with a couple beers watching the sun set behind the mountains. Very friendly staff too. The one problem though was that the rooms, bedding and furniture really show their age. It's a shame, because this place has/had so much potential!

  Recently I booked a great ocean view motel in apollo bay and had the worst experience of my life. The owners were rude, arrogant and had alot of attitude. When I got there I asked them if we could book another room as well (for other family who was arriving)and they had a major attitude and kept increasing the room price.

  Room wasn't cleaned properly. Dirty water in the kettle. Spiders on the bed. Bird feathers on the doorstep. Won't be returning.

  The hotel is older but week kept up. The staff re very friendly and the ocean view was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower is amazing.
